Learn - What are packs?
Our packs are installable assets: the process, knowledge, and context you can use with or without AI tools. Here’s how we define them and why they’re valuable.
What is a pack
A pack is an installable asset. It is the unit of distribution and installation — not a single category. A pack can contain skills only, rules only, a workflow only, or any combination (skills + rules + codified knowledge + workflow + templates). So we don’t limit “pack” to one existing category. The pack is the thing you install; the category describes what’s inside (e.g. “agentic workflow pack”, “methodology pack”).
Pack categories
We use existing categories where they fit. An agentic workflow pack (or workflow pack) defines a single, repeatable, multi-step process that produces an artefact — for example our Image Generation pack: brand context + template → brief → generate → save. Our methodology packs (documentation, system design, API, frontend, solution design, startup) bundle skills (task-level behaviour), rules (project-level conventions), and codified knowledge (methodology, standards). They shape how the AI and team behave in a domain; they don’t define one runnable workflow with a single output. Category = what’s inside. Pack = the installable unit.
Tool-agnostic design
Our products are tool-agnostic by design. We use a port–adapter pattern so that workflow, knowledge, and context can be defined without binding to a specific AI tool. We recommend and support use with Cursor, Claude, MCP, and others — and we may suggest specific setups — but every pack has a manual fallback. The same process that people followed before these tools existed still works. Strip away the tools and the pack is still valuable, because the process, knowledge, context, and experience are valuable. Many people make a living from courses that teach this information. We offer a way to install that information and use it with AI tools efficiently — for both humans and AI. Tools amplify; they do not replace the core value.
Why packs are valuable
The process, knowledge, context, and experience in a pack are valuable even without AI tools. That’s the same value people pay for in training and courses; we offer it in installable form. Packs make it efficient to use that knowledge with AI — both humans and AI can follow the same procedures and reference the same context. So we’re not selling “AI magic”; we’re selling installable context and process that works with or without fancy tools, and that works better when you use those tools with it.
